Optimal candidate has:
* At least 2 years experience working in production level software development projects;
* Ability to develop architecture with high and low level design of applications and reusable services.
* Ability to lead a team of developers
-- Delegating tasks
-- Task time estimation
-- Manage QA process
* Strong methodology skills: Agile, XP
* Ability to communicate directly with the client, making convincing recommendations
* Strong OOP skills (Concepts, Patterns, UML);
* Understanding of the software project lifecycle, testing and project frameworks;
* Ability to plan and organize personal time.
Other requirements
* Education: University degree (bachelor/master or equal) in CS or Math.
* Foreign languages: Ability to speak, read and write in English (near fluency).
* Personal characteristics: Commitment to quality, speed and accuracy, high degree of responsibility, team player ability, capacity to communicate clearly and concisely.
